Abstract

This outreach program is Digital Media Literacy Training for early childhood education (PAUD) Teachers of Kenanga Group in Dukuhseti district, Pati regency. This digital media literacy training activity aims to provide knowledge and insight into early childhood education (PAUD) Teachers to take advantage of digital-based media both in learning and administration. This outreach program was held for two days on Thursday-Friday, 29-30 August 2019 at TK Tunas Bangsa. The material presented includes; the urgency and function of digital media for learning and administration, typing using Microsoft Word, presenting with PowerPoint, scanning documents using a device, and using the WhatsApp application by computer or laptop. It is designed in the form of training using three methods. They are lecture method, demonstration method, and direct practice method. The results indicate that this program significantly increases in knowledge, understanding, expertise and, skills of the participants. It can be seen from the results of the pretest and posttest that have been implemented. Participants were also very satisfied with the dedication activities that had been carried out because the material presented was fit their needs and the methods used were also appropriate. From all the evaluation results in the form of pretest, posttest and feedback from the participants, it was concluded that this outreach program has achieved the goal they are the participants understand and can apply digital media for learning and administration.

Abstract

Assessment is a critical factor for successful learning. Assessment is part of instructional design system. Assessment and learning are related as cycles that occur before, during and after learning; diagnostic, formative and summative. Effective learning embodies a variety of appropriate and consistent assessments. This outreach involved all teachers at SMA Ibrahimy Wongsorejo, Banyuwangi as part of the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School in Sukorejo, Situbondo. This ability is the most important ability in learning evaluation. From that assessment a teacher can know the abilities that have been mastered by the students. Teachers must know basic competencies (KD) that have been mastered by the students. The teacher makes a self-reflection from the activities that have been done. To get the expected target, it is necessary to instill four awareness for the teachers. They are sense of goal (goal), sense of regulation (regularity), sense of achievement (achievement), and Sense of harmony (harmony). The process of mentoring at SMA Ibrahimy Wongsorejo was conducted in several stages: initial mapping, building relationships with school members, participatory mapping, agenda setting, implementation, and reflection. Abstract

Establishment "BUMDes is also intended to encourage, facilitate, protect and empower economic activities in rural areas that are based on potential" villages or activities both" develop according to the customs and culture of the local community. Village economic institutional strengthening is ultimately intended to improve the socio-economic welfare of rural communities and support the optimization of poverty alleviation programs. The vision of BUMDes "Mekar Jaya" is to realize the welfare of the people of Jabon Village through the development of economic businesses and social services, with the motto, let's build the village together. Based on village deliberations, the village empowerment program concentrates on agriculture, fisheries and computer technology for entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Sidorejo backwoods is backwoods located in the v Sidorejo illage, Krian District, Sidoarjo Regency. The condition of preservation of dolanan anak or traditional games in Sidorejo backwoods is currently very poor. Most children in Sidorejo backwoods are more familiar with modern games, such as: online games, playstation and others. Based on the results of a survey conducted by students of Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) in Sidorejo backwoods, it can be seen that the community of Sidorejo backwoods less responsive to the activity of reviving dolanan anak.. Therefore, the aim of Community Service is to preserve local culture through dolanan anak which is one part of the core program carried out by students of KKN from Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif in order to preserve the existing local culture. The community service activities that are conceptualized in Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) scheme involved students of Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif from various study programs guided by Field Supervisors. The implementation of community service begins with initial observations in the field of traditional games among school children from Dusun Sidorejo RW 04 and 05 and then determines the schedule of dolanan anak activities through traditional children's play followed by all children from Dusun Sidorejo RW 04 and 05. The results of this community service program have made the children more enthusiastic to revive the existing traditional games. The parents do not forbid their children to play traditional games so that it can support the success of programs run by students from Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif in the village of Sidorejo.

Abstract

The output of the DBS FM Radio program should be based on a vision and mission that is generally required to fulfill the trilogy rules of the broadcast radio function, which is to inform, educate and entertain. The three do not stand alone because they are a unitary target. The vision and mission of DBS FM Radio broadcast cannot be separated from the vision and mission of the Da'wah Faculty of Ibrahimy University as a logical consequence in its position as campus radio, student practicum radio. The flow that must be understood by DBS FM Radio broadcasting organizers should be different from commercial radio broadcasting. The communication pattern and broadcast material must be able to meet the target audience of the audience, namely students, students and the community around the Salafiyah Syafiiyah Islamic Boarding School Sukorejo Situbondo. Efforts must be made to obtain a goal setting with the SMART formula that is expected to be able to create changes from existing conditions to better conditions with HR qualifications that have the ability to announce skills, operating skills and attitude skills, namely by assisting the development model as a replicable alternative effort to achieve competitive advantage.

Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama, the majority of whose members are mostly from the lower class, initiated to collect coins from members. All members are asked to participate. Therefore Board of Management of Nahdlatul Ulama Nganjuk regency launched the NU Caring Coin Movement program. It is the movement of NU members to collect coins from the homes of residents of Nahdliyin whose benefits are to solve various problems in aspects of life and realize the independence of jam'iyyah. The results of the mentoring activities obtained were first, the condition of Ngronggot village society before the mentoring although the spirit of diversity and social solidarity was very high but still individual. Second, The form of the assistance activities carried out included awareness of their potential so that they always think positively, and vocational training the following applications so that new interpreneurs emerge. Third, after the mentoring program is complete, community trust in self potential, both economic and religious, emerges together to support each other both in religious and social activities.

Abstract

This outreach program is carried out in Sukurejo village in Sukowono, Jember with an agrarian society. The method used is the location survey. They are finding out the problems experienced by the community to local community leaders and submitting proposals, involving students or members of the team, coaching and planning the implementation of "NGABARI", gathering communities who will be members of assistance, planning programs that will be implemented as the solution of solving the problems experienced by the community. determine the time and deliver students or teams to the location, collaborate with community leaders to carry out the planned "NGABARI" program, carry out monitoring and evaluation midway through the implementation of activities, monitoring and evaluation at the end of the month because the ngabari program is carried out once a week. The results obtained are an increase in the competence of community religious learning and be able to align community understanding that is contradictory to the essence of Islamic religious learning in a basic way. Radical religious ideology caused by social media can be tipped with the "NGABARI" program activities.

Abstract

KB / RA teacher training and mentoring activities in the innovation of group-based learning models with the student-centered approach is an attempt to change learning from conventional classical models and teacher-centered to group-based learning that is centered on the activities of students. This activity goes through three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. At the planning stage, the problem identification process is carried out, making work plans (work plans), and classifying teaching practices (peer teaching). At the implementation stage, it consists of two stages; 1) group learning model training with a student-centered approach which includes group model class management techniques, learning media design, and evaluation techniques.
